I haven't had to clip a horse in years. Faith, my ottb, never needed it in the winter, and Cassie barely grows any coat.
This year, I may need to brush up on my clipping skills. Cabo has got the thickest pony yak coat- there is no way he can be in work and still have this thick of a winter coat.
I do have blankets for him, so if I do clip him, he'll still be toasty.
Anyone out there care to give me a refresher course on clipping? A simple pony clip should be fine.

Got any pictures? I would love to see a wooly-wooly Cabo. LOL

I need to take some photos! Especially for before/after clipping. I have misplaced my camera in my move...and have yet to find it...should probably search a little harder!
He's so funny- he sees that the girls are very interested in me when I come out to the barn, and so, he's been in on it too, even now with his work schedule and all.
Good boy!
